| Ginger Vodka |

A fine strong liqueur, of the dry variety.
Sharp enough, but without excessive ginger flavor.
When mature, has a beautiful, deep color.
Of the more interesting memories connected with this vodka -
we offered it to our English friends
at the memorable grill in Slovenia.
- 10 dg fresh ginger
- 2 lemons
- 10 dg sugar
- 3 spoons of honey
- 0.75l vodka
- Rinse and peel fresh ginger and cut it into thin slices.
- Rinse lemons and cut into 1/8ths.
- Add vodka, sugar and honey.
- Let steep for 3 months.
- Strain to clarify.
- Let steep in a cool place
for at least another 3 months (and it's really worth waiting).
