| Lemon Vodka |

One of the classic vodkas having a very nice color.
A family recipe. Ready for consumption after a couple of days.
- 0.5 liter clear vodka (40%)
- 1 large or 2 smaller lemons
- 1 spoon (or 1.5 spoons) of sugar
- Blanch both lemons.
- Peel off and mince the skin of one lemon.
- Mix sugar and juice from one of the lemons
(this can be the same lemon that we have just peeled; take the juice of two lemons if these are small).
- Mix everything together.
Try after 3 days if not bitter.
Decant.
- A version with spirit instead of vodka is also ok.
But you need more sugar and lemon juice then.
Mix the spirit half and half with water.
Also, it should steep a bit longer.
