Classic Sponge Cake |

A classic sponge cake recipe from my Mother.
The ingredients below are right for a mid-sized springform pan.
- 6 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1.5 glasses of wheat / cake flour
- some baking powder
- Whip whole eggs with sugar till they're white.
- Add flour and baking powder. Stir.
- Bake in an oven for about 45 minutes in 180 Centigrade until the cake turns golden brown.
