Fried Chicken Liver |

Sometimes I just crave this simple fried liver dish.
- chicken liver - how much depends how hungre people are
- lots of onion
- salt, pepper, oil for frying
- Prepare the liver: trim anything that looks sinewy or greenish, trying to keep the lobe shapes as intact as you can. Any blood wash, and pat dry with kithcen towel.
- Chop the onion in slices.
- Dust the livers with flour and tap off the excess. Do not salt at this stage!
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the livers for 5 mins or until golden, turning them halfway through cooking.
Remove the liver from pan, and on the same oil fry the onion.
- Salt and pepper to taste just before serving. Bon apetite!
Some people are adding apple to frying pan.
