Unknown driver: MySQL
A quick note on one of the problems with using MySQL in Delphi 2009. If you're getting the following message when trying to run your application:

Unknown driver: MySQL

just add DBXMySql to your application's / unit's uses clause.

Also remember to have those MySQL dlls accessible to your program (dbxmys30.dll, libmySQL.dll)! If these are missing you'll get all kinds of weird errors (external error, system exception, etc.)...
