Tiramisu
A very tasty desert, easy to make. Using the ingredients below, you will get a lot of portions.

Ingredients
  • 400 g mascarpone cheese (or 2 x 250 g)
  • half a glass of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • a pack of vanilla sugar (32 g)
  • lemon juice
  • 4 spoons of alcohol (vodka is ok, but if you have Advocat, or Amaretto)
  • 250 g sponge cake (the amount needed depends on the size of the form)
  • a cup of cold coffee
  • a dab of salt
  • a couple of spoons of cocoa
Directions
  1. Grind the egg yolks with sugar - until the mass turns white.
  2. Blend the above with cheese; add alcohol and lemon juice.
  3. Froth egg whites, adding some salt (so that frothing goes better).
    Mix this with the above to make uniform creme.
  4. Put the sponge cake on the bottom of the form;
    soak with a solution of coffee and alcohol.
    Put half of the creme on the sponge cake.
    Next, another layer of sponge cake; cover this with the rest of the creme.
    Powder everything generously with cocoa through a sieve.
  5. Put the cake into a refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours,
    better - for the night.
